Albemarle is a privately owned property development and investment company primarily focused on new-build residential projects in the South East of England.
Albemarle was founded in 2016 by Ben Carrington who has over 20 years of experience in both commercial investment and residential development sectors. Since its inception Albemarle has successfully acquired multiple land sites suitable for development, gained planning, constructed and exited.
The Albemarle management team works with leading and award-winning professionals in architecture, engineering, construction and interior design to create intelligent, elegant and timeless homes.
